"What Tree is That?" 

WELCOME to our page dedicated to the trees in the LKID area

The LKID recently engaged a team of professional arborists (RvZ Consulting) to compile a web-based inventory of significant trees in our area.  The arborists focused mainly on trees in public spaces and streets but some trees on private property were also included in their survey. 

Each tree surveyed was photographed, identified by common and botanical name, assessed for age, general health, whether pruning was needed, whether diseased or infected, etc. -- and then entered onto the Treeplotter website map.  The survey includes 317 trees in our area. 

A key feature of the web inventory is that residents in our LKID area can access this information at no cost, by simply logging onto the website using the details below.
