2025 Annual General Meeting

Our 2025 AGM will take place on Tuesday 2 December 2025 at 6:00pm

VENUE:  'Pocket Power Lounge' Second Floor of Main Building at Kenilworth Racecourse.

Enter the Racecourse from the traffic lights in Rosmead Ave.
Go through the traffic booms to your right, then follow the LKID signs to the main building.

PROXY FORM 2025

If you are a Member but cannot attend the AGM you may appoint a Proxy to represent you at the meeting.  Complete the Proxy Form below.   Proxy forms must be received by 6:00pm on Monday 1 December (i.e. at least 24 hours before the meeting).  Proxy forms CANNOT be accepted at the meeting.
